Procida is the smallest and the closest to Naples. Mass tourism has not (yet) arrived on this island, which means that it still offers unspoiled natural beauty. Abundant vegetation and plenty of beaches, bays, and coves with crystalline waters are among its characteristic features.
Ischia, the Gulf of Naple's thermal island, is located a short distance from Procida. Here, you can find physical and mental restoration in the famous thermal springs (the island of Ischia is volcanic in origin), taking the chance to bathe and enjoy mud and inhalation treatments. Alternatively, visit the charming Aragonese Castle, the ancient hamlet of Ischia Ponte, and the stunning beaches of Maronti, Citara and San Montano.
